But still for theory purpose here it is: if an item you ordered from K3 Creation does not meet your expecatations do write to us and
we will happily try to assist you. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though and we are here to help you for those problems.
• We will exchange a product only if we have sent you a completely different product from the one that you ordered.
We will pay for the shipping charges in this case. Please note that the shipping charges will be reimbursed to you in the form of discount
and or online store credit which you can utilize in your future online orders with us.
We can not send refund for the shipping charges in any cases.
• If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you we will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange. If you do not want any alternate item then we will refunds you in full with no deduction whatsoever.
• However if it is the same product that you ordered and if you ordered the wrong size then we will still exchange the size for you but in this case you will have to pay for shipping both ways that is shipping it to us and return shipping.
• Always email us first if you have a problem on firstname.lastname@example.org always be sure to report your problem within 24 hourse of receving the item in question.
• Never send back item without consulting with us. No credit or replacement shall be given on such item
• Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our ends and with original packing & in original condition (please no worn, washed, used or altered items)

If something happen in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us we can not help you so make sure to send through suggested postal
service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
Color & work Disclaimer:
• K3 Creation firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as
compared to actual outfits. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor.
• Some fabrics like raw silk, handloom silk, kanjivaram silk, Dharmavaram silk’ cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect
where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is inherent characteristic or feature of that
fabrics and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects.
• Be extra alert when accepting parcel from, courier if the outer packing is damaged or tampered with do verify the items quality and quantity with
invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case any discrepancy either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery
after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency.
